Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Java-based applications following best practices

Assist Team Lead in managing daily development activities and sprint deliverables

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architecture and system enhancements

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through testing and proper documentation

Participate in solution design, requirement validation, and system integration planning

Identify and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks

Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and contribute to process improvements

Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Help track project progress, technical risks, and resource needs
