Lead Developer for Financial Crime Prevention Models, specialised in Model Development, for the “Design, Review, Optimise and Model Management” team. The role will contribute to designing, analysing and optimising transaction monitoring models to strengthen AML/CTF control environment. About This Opportunity

The team operates within the Transaction Monitoring Unit (TMU) of the Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) function. We develop, manage and optimise automated TM controls across the Nordea Group, ensuring customers and the bank are not used for illegal activities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own development and validation of transaction monitoring models, focusing on model documentation, review and governance.
