Etteplan Finland Oy seeks several lead designers to join client projects for Patria. You will lead the design process and ensure quality from start to finish, combining strong mechanical design expertise with team leadership.

You will translate requirements into concrete tasks, coordinate work, and guide design teams while liaising with clients and management. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mechanical design, leadership experience, 3D CAD skills (NX) and PDM familiarity, and fluent Finnish
