Large-scale enterprise-wide project to accelerate personalization capabilities across our stack (targeted propensity-driven lists, marketing journey and sales conversion funnels). This role will be sitting within the Engineering function of the Pega CDH MarTech Application team helping identify business needs and translating them into revenue-driving decisioning implementations within Pega CDH.

In this role you will: 

  • Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable, real-time decisioning and arbitration frameworks using Pega CDH.

  • Lead the design of journeys, NBA strategies, engagement policies, and AI-driven treatments across digital and assisted channels.

  • Collaborate with analytics, marketing and data science, to align decisioning logic with GTM strategies and campaign objectives.
