Lead Database Developer

Location : Montreal (GG07)

Base Salary: Up to $150,000

We are seeking an experienced Lead Database Developer to help shape and scale a high-performance data platform supporting structured finance and securitization workflows. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building robust, scalable database solutions that power real-time analytics and deal execution processes.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Capital Markets and deep expertise in SQL Server environments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases , stored procedures, and SSIS packages
• Architect and enhance ETL pipelines supporting market data, risk metrics, and audit reporting
