As Lead Data Platform Engineer, you will own the Data Science Platform roadmap on Azure Databricks, driving stability and self-service capabilities for data scientists and AI engineers. You will productize analytics data products and lead a small squad, setting engineering standards and ensuring production-ready delivery. You’ll design and operate a lakehouse architecture with governance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with real analytics needs. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic platform leadership in a regulated finance context.
