Lead Data Modeler


We’re Looking For


  • 7+ years in Data Modeling or Data Engineering.
  • Strong expertise with Erwin Data Modeler .
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with Azure Synapse and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive, analytical, and solution‑driven mindset.


Qualifications:


  • Design and maintain logical and physical data models using Erwin .
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure alignment across models, pipelines, and analytics.
  • Support ETL/ELT pipeline development within Azure Synapse.
  • Strengthen data quality and governance standards across the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with teams in Mexico and the U.S. in an Agile environment.
