Lead Data Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer to play a key role in transforming how a global organisation leverages data across its R&D pipeline.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll combine technical excellence with squad leadership driving discovery, shaping engineering design, and delivering high-quality, enterprise‑scale data products. You’ll help modernise the data landscape, build stable and scalable pipelines, and coach junior engineers while championing best practice across the business.
