NorthBay - Pakistan is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (AWS Data Platform) with 5 to 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize large-scale data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in PySpark, AWS Glue, EMR, Redshift, and SQL-based data warehousing, with a focus on performance tuning and data optimization. Collaboration with a UAE-based customer and alignment to UAE hours is expected.
