Role Summary

We are seeking a Leader for our India based team. The individual we seek will take responsibility for the management and growth of a small multidisciplinary team, primarily specializing in Geospatial Analytics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Data Engineering. You will act as the primary interface between the stakeholders in the UK and the team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data and analytics, with deep expertise in at least one of the key areas (Geospatial Analytics, GIS, or Data Engineering).

The Team Leader will provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and ensure that project outcomes align with business and analytical objectives. You will ensure a proactive approach to resource management, talent management, staff development and succession planning to meet the requirements for the ongoing development supporting and driving its future within the business.
