AgileEngine in Valencia is seeking a Lead Data Architect to design healthcare data architecture, drive HL7/FHIR interoperability, and modernize databases across distributed systems. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with analytics and AI initiatives to enable scalable healthcare solutions.

You will work across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL within enterprise data models, EMR, lab, pharmacy, and national health system integrations, in an agile environment with remote and office options.
