Lead CRM Architect

We are looking for a CRM Architect to design, implement, and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems that enhance business processes and improve customer interactions at Merkle.

• Design architecture systems in the CRM domain to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Design and optimize digital platforms and maintain software architecture documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams; review and approve design and code.
