Lead Counsel

Job Purpose Support the legal advisory function for the Corporate Finance division of GMR Group, assisting in transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing agreements until financial closure. Assist the Manager / Head Legal Counsel in legal and regulatory compliance to safeguard the interests of the group and sectors. Organisation Chart Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators Drafting & Negotiation of Legal Documents Draft and finalize security agreements, ensuring security creation. Negotiate legal documents until transaction closure. Ensure pre-commitment and pre-disbursement compliance. Key Performance Indicators: Timely execution of legal agreements. Intellectual Property Portfolio Management Trademark registrations & renewals. Initiate legal actions against IP infringements. Ensure compliance with IP laws and timely registration/renewals.
