Job Description

YIT Oyj is seeking construction supervisors to oversee digital infrastructure and energy & industrial projects across Finland. You will manage schedules, quality, safety, and lead subcontractors on site.

The role requires technical education in construction, fluency in Finnish with basic English, strong communication, and willingness to travel nationwide. Experience with large projects and FIDIC contracts is a plus; training and a sustainable work environment are provided.
