Penspen is urgently looking to hire Lead Construction Engineer- Mechanical to oversee construction activities for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will lead site execution, manage contractors, ensure HSE and quality compliance, monitor project progress, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore mechanical construction activities in accordance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Review construction procedures, method statements, work packs, and mechanical completion documentation.
