Job Description

RM PRECAST LTD. is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee construction projects at the Morinville site. You will supervise workers, coordinate schedules, train staff, and ensure health and safety rules are followed.

The role is permanent, full-time, onsite with no remote work. Applicants must have a secondary school certificate, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and legal authorization to work in Canada. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential.
