Lead Commissioning Engineer - Silent Aire

What you will do

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be working with project teams on an assigned customer base. You will be accountable for:

  • Support with the development of training of the Field based teams.
  • Conduct and support with OJT training for the Electrical and commissioning team.
  • Commissioning.
  • Compliance to client specifications.
  • Managing Client relations.
  • Documentation and reporting.
  • Site support for Break fixes & Project work.

    • You will also share responsibility in document management, processes and SOP’s, supplier relations, continuous improvement, coaching/mentoring/motivating team members, and checks and balances to minimize mistakes. Other areas of input will include Technical, Design and Strategy Implementation.

    International travel is a requirement as part of this role.
