Job Description

Our client, a company specializing in the manufacturing of high-precision components, is lookinging for a Lead CNC Machinist. In this role, you will play a key part in machining operations by programming, setting up, and operating CNC and conventional machines, while mentoring a small team of machinists and contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes.


  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications to plan and execute machining operations;
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines;
  • Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure part compliance and quality standards;
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency;
  • Assist in the training and development of machinists and apprentices;
  • Promote and adhere to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
