Lead CNC Coil Processing Operator
Position Summary
CW Metal Products is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead CNC Coil Processing Operator to oversee the operation of our GEIT Group CNC Coil Slitting & Cut-to-Length Line. This position is responsible for producing high-quality slit coils and flat sheets from 48 master coils while ensuring safe operation, preventive maintenance, product quality, and continuous improvement.
The Lead Operator will also be responsible for applying protective PVC film during production, maintaining machine performance, developing standard operating procedures, and training future operators to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
