About the role

The Lead Client Enablement Manager (Lead CEM) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a portfolio of client-facing initiatives that directly support the enablement, transformation, and delivery of value to clients. This role ensures initiatives are aligned with client needs, strategic priorities, and contractual obligations. The Lead CEM plays a critical role in supporting high-quality delivery outcomes by enabling visibility, governance, and proactive decision-making across a range of client enablement programs and projects. Operating within the Client Delivery team, they serve as a key liaison between internal delivery teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely execution.
