WHAT'S THE JOB? 

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, the Cleaning Lead Supervisor is responsiblefor the day-to-day cleaning operations of the terminal buildings for a particular shift and ensures they are clean and safe for the Passengers, Airport staff, Building Tenants and Employees. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The main duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains positive relationship with SSO’s (client) through daily contact to discuss; areas of concern, report on deficiencies and obtain any new assignments. 
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the terminal buildings;
  • Review/respond in a timely fashion to all client requests;
  • Organizes and attends regular meetings with client and Director of Operations as required.
