Lead Claims Builder – Short-Term Insurance

Discovery Insure is seeking a Team Leader Building Specialist to drive performance in the Short Term Insurance claims building arena. You will lead a team of building specialists, oversee claim payments turnaround and coach advisors to meet targets.

Key responsibilities include line management, reporting to MANCO, handling escalations, and ongoing performance discussions to optimise team output and service delivery. This role requires Matric and 3 years’ experience, with a degree advantageous.
