Profile Background
The Citrix Service Engineer to lead and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops delivery in a cloud-first environment (Citrix DaaS + Microsoft Azure) include leading adoption of Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) services, testing and exploring new platform standards, internal tool development, Automation. You'll help define platform standards, pilot new capabilities, and create internal tools that accelerate adoption across our Epic Infrastructure and Citrix/VDI teams.
What will you be responsible for
- Responsible for identifying and solving technical issues related to the Citrix DaaS solution, which, in addition to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops can include OS level troubleshooting, DNS, or other software issues.
