This role involves leading the execution of the Eaton Continuous Improvement System and facilitating projects aimed at cost reduction and process performance improvements. The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, and a strong proficiency in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for effective communication.
