*Job Role - Lead Chef*
Location: In The Wilde Cafe, Sutton Bank Visitor Centre, YO7 2EH
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per year (OTE £34,000 - 36,000 inclusive of tips)
Hours: Daytime hours only - *no evening work*

*In The Wilde* is our home inside the North York Moors National Park, sat at the top of Sutton Bank - the view James Herriot called the finest in England. We’re building a kitchen that tastes of where it is: Yorkshire growers, local producers, the seasons setting the menu.
We’re looking for a chef to lead it and to own the food. You’ll set the menu, build the dishes and run the kitchen, with the autonomy of a head chef and a group investing seriously behind you.
It’s daytime only, which means real cooking and proper standards without the late finishes.
