Shifts & Pay:
Location: Grand Rapids, MI 49546
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday
Shifts: Mornings and Afternoons available
Pay: $20.00/hour or more, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the team during shifts
Train, guide, and support kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency
Ensure all dishes meet recipe, portion, and presentation standards
Manage kitchen workflow and coordinate with front-of-house as needed
Enforce proper food safety and sanitation standards across the kitchen
Step in on the line and support stations as needed during service
Assist with inventory, ordering, and minimizing food waste
