Job Description
Job Purpose Lead the design and development of chassis systems for 2W and 3W platforms, ensuring high design quality, optimal cost, and on-time delivery. Drive performance, integration, and vehicle dynamics excellence across suspension, steering, brakes, wheels, and wheel-end systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end chassis system design and integration, including packaging and DMU validation.
Define and achieve vehicle dynamics and subsystem performance targets through benchmarking and engineering analysis.
Perform design calculations for suspension, steering, braking, and wheel systems; drive robust 3D modelling and detailing (CATIA).
Conduct tolerance stack-up, manufacturability, and feasibility studies to ensure quality and production readiness.
Manage PLM data release, supplier drawings, BOM accuracy, and subsystem weight targets.
Ensure delivery of design solutions aligned with cost, quality, and timeline commitments.
