Job Description

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced CDP Baker to lead the bakery operations aboard a cruise ship. You will supervise bakery staff, ensure daily production quality and presentation of bread, and maintain cost controls while coordinating with the Executive Chef.

The role requires strong management, communication and problem-solving skills, with shipboard or hospitality experience preferred. You will report to the Head Baker and participate in inspections and staff development.
