Job Description

The Lead Carpenter at Murphy Construction will be the vital link between the site crew and the Site Supervisor, balancing master-level building skills with daily on-site management. You will lead the team through technical builds and blueprint execution, all while ensuring safety and steady progress. By managing daily workflows and material needs, you act as the primary “in‑between,” keeping the site running smoothly and ensuring the Site Supervisor is informed on all phases of construction.
