Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project management principles.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinetry installation, roofing systems, caulking methods, and woodworking.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades simultaneously while maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in diverse environments; comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces if required.
• Relevant certifications or licenses related to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory...
