As the Lead - Capability Building, you will conceptualize, execute, and oversee all talent development programs and policies, including bespoke solutions. The role involves designing innovative processes to drive the talent strategy, build robust internal and external talent channels, enhance manager capability, foster a high-performance culture, and shape the organization into a strong Learning Organization.


Key Responsibilities

Competency and Managerial Capability Framework:

-Develop a tiered leadership development journey spanning Frontline to Mid-level.

-Manage external partnerships for program delivery.

-Establish and govern enterprise-wide Functional and Leadership capability frameworks.
