Job Description
We're looking for a Lead C++ Developer to drive the development of a high-performance electronic trading platform operating under ultra-low latency and high-load conditions.
Key responsibilities:
Lead development of core eTrading platform components with a focus on performance and scalability
Own technical decisions across architecture, CI/CD, production support, and system optimization
Mentor and guide globally distributed engineering teams
Collaborate closely with trading, business, and support teams
Drive greenfield initiatives for high-frequency and low-latency trading systems
Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on C++ experience in low-latency, high-load trading systems
Experience in HFT/ trading is required
Strong understanding of algorithmic trading, market microstructure, and equities trading
Expertise in modern C++ (11/14/17/20), multithreading, memory management
Strong Linux skills (gcc, gdb), OO design, Boost, STL
