• In partnership with Technology Delivery and Product partners, lead the backlog refinement, execution and delivery through effective story grooming, UAT planning, technical and business knowledge and stakeholder management.
• Facilitate marketing and GTM (Go-To-Market) requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turning them into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams and process flows
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
