Responsibilities

:
  • Lead large implementation and transformation programs at our clients
  • Partner with clients to design a cohesive strategy for implementing FactSet into their operating model.
  • Create a consistent process for managing projects to increase efficiency and implement best practices.
  • Combine strong industry experience, project management skills, and FactSet product knowledge to deliver complex buy-side solutions for our clients.
  • Create necessary project management deliverables and confirm projects remain in-line with overarching strategies.
  • Partner with local leaders to properly transition clients to support teams.
  • Partner with management, sales, and specialty groups to strategize on potential Professional Services engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders such as engineers and product specialists to optimize the solution you’re implementing and provide product feedback / lessons learned...
