Lead Business Analyst (Power BI)

About the Role:

As a Lead Business Analyst (Power BI), you will play a critical role in translating business and product requirements into scalable, high-quality dashboards and insights across Silvermine’s product suite — including eForm2290, eMCS150, eUCR, and Truckopedia.

You will act as the technical and delivery lead for BI initiatives, owning Power BI development standards, mentoring analysts, and ensuring decision-ready insights for product, marketing, and leadership teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys building dashboards while also guiding and elevating the work of other analysts.
