About the Role

We are seeking an experienced P&C Lead Business Analyst with strong knowledge of insurance domain processes, requirement gathering, and solution design. The candidate should have hands-on experience working with underwriting, policy administration, claims, and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solution feasibility.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and propose effective business solutions.
  • Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating functionality, and coordinating with users.
