Lead Beverage Server-HFX Full-Time

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Food & Beverage management and supervisory team, this position leads by example and provides exemplary beverage service to casino guests in a fast paced environment. This position is a dual role, working primarily as a Beverage Server with the responsibility for light supervisory duties in the absence of a manager or supervisor (typically for only part of a shift - ., the last 2 hours of a shift). Must be collaborative, excel at multi-tasking and display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Contributes to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Motivates, leads by example and provides a learning environment. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures. Above all else, must embrace and be aligned with Casino Nova Scotia’s culture and philosophy of providing outstanding entertainment experiences.
