Lead Automation Hardware Engineer

Job Overview:

The Senior Manager – Industrial Automation will lead the design, evaluation, and execution of industrial automation systems with a strong focus on hardware architecture, DCS platforms, and PLC-based control systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

The role requires complete end-to-end knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens automation systems, including:

- Full-scale DCS architectures

- Client–Server based control systems

- Standalone / single-system PLC solutions

The candidate must be capable of making technology and hardware decisions related to controllers, remote I/O, networking, field devices, power systems, control panels, and site execution in compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
