Responsibilities

  • Reporting

Under general direction, independently execute routine & intermediate transactions and resolve problems. Prepare and validate reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and clients' needs. Coordinate information and data flow into and out of the report production process.

  • Stakeholder Interaction & Problem solving

Interface with internal and external personnel including senior operations staff, legal, relationship management, IT, banks, brokers, custodians, portfolio managers, and/or traders to obtain information and resolve problems.

  • Self-Initiated Research

Enhance understanding of Principal Global Investors' products, team procedures, and clients' needs through self-initiated research, participation in available training programs and involvement in on-going investment activities.
