BSM product line is part of Motor Drive products group developing best in class products for Automotive and Industrial applications. BSM products are a key focus area for R&D and product development for TI.
Best in class power density, Precision Signal processing and Intelligent Control are core areas of research and product development for the team. The key challenges for product development that the team works on are:
Innovative architecture & circuit techniques to achieve high efficiency power transfer
PMIC – Regulators, Charge Pump, Switching Drivers, Battery management
Precision analog Signal chain solutions for accurate control
ADC, DAC, Current Sensing, Bandgap References, Comparators
Protection circuits for smart diagnostics and safety of device.
Thermal Management, Over voltage/Current monitors, Load monitors
Intelligent Algorithm development for integrated motors and solenoids motion control
PWM/PFM Controllers,
