SWISSto12 in Renens, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Electrical AIT Engineer to lead the electrical integration and test activities for satellite programs. You will own the AIT strategy, define test philosophy, and supervise flatsat, EGSE, and spacecraft level testing with hands-on involvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive automation, and ensure readiness for key reviews, while advancing scalable test solutions in a fast-growing aerospace environment.
