🔥 What You’ll Own

• Define and drive the product roadmap & strategy for AI hiring products
• Work closely with customers to identify real problems and build scalable solutions
• Translate business needs into clear PRDs & execution plans
• Drive monetization & pricing strategy for sustainable growth
• Lead outcome-driven development: sprint planning, backlog prioritization & releases
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to drive adoption
