We are seeking a talented AI/LLM Engineer to join our AI Foundation Services team. In this role, you’ll develop secure and compliant AI solutions, focusing on delivering foundational services like large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and custom AI solutions for industries like healthcare, public sector, and automotive.

You'll help shape T-Systems' AI products to meet the security and regulatory needs of European enterprises, with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
