What are we looking for?

We are looking for an AI Engineer with AI Tech Lead capabilities to join the AI team of one of the leading retail companies in Europe. In this role, you'll help drive the technical direction of AI projects, support the data science team, and lead the AI Architecture and MLOps backlog to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AI professional who enjoys combining hands‑on development with technical leadership, architecture design and close collaboration with MLOps teams.

Location: Alcobendas, Madrid (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)
