Lead Advanced Field Service Technician - Security

We have an immediate opening for a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician – Security at our Markham office, reporting directly to the Service Manager. You will be responsible for leading successful on-site installation, servicing and repair process of access control and CCTV applications, responding to and resolving service calls, providing technical support, and solving problems for Honeywell customers located across the Greater Toronto Area. 

Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and material work and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with the help of Engineering teams.
