Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Under general supervision:
1. Perform a variety of advanced duties in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, tax, treasury, or general accounting.Lead and coordinate the direction of work performed by others in these areas.
2. Identify, research, and recommend solutions in complex or non-routine situations to supervisor as appropriate.
3. Coordinate various company programs and platforms, like the credit card program, letters of credit, or bank guarantees.
4. Compile and analyze reports, metrics, and reconciliations for internal and external users.These may include account reconciliations, management reports, tax returns, cash reporting and projections, and payroll or insurance reporting.
5. Identify areas of opportunity for improvement and lead team to successful completion with limited direction and supervision.
