LEAD 3D MODELER

As a Lead 3D Modeler, you will be responsible for guiding and contributing to the production of top-quality 3D assets for games, animation, cinematics, or VFX. This position blends creative execution with team leadership, ensuring exceptional artistic standards and on-schedule project delivery. Requirements JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in 3D Art, Animation, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience) Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in 3D modeling, with 12 years in a senior or leadership role. Strong eye for detail, form, proportion, and visual storytelling. Able to recognize and enforce what qualifies as high-quality work. Expert proficiency in Maya or Blender. Proficient in ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and real-time engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
