The Role

As the L&D Specialist, you will design, deliver and manage practical learning programs and capability solutions that build leadership[ and workforce capability and embedded into everyday work for a diverse consulting workforce.

Your Profile

  • Design, deliver and manage leadership, manager and team capability programs
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of key capability programs
  • Partner with Business Partners and leaders to understand capability needs and design targeted learning solutions
  • Support learning and engagement activities for priority business initiatives
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, learning sessions and leadership forums
