🔹 Key Responsibilities


1. Learning Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual L&D strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Create competency frameworks and skill development plans

2. Program Design & Delivery

  • Design leadership, behavioral, functional, and compliance training
  • Manage ILT, VILT, eLearning, digital and blended programs
  • Ensure high-quality learning experiences

3. Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead internal L&D team (trainers, coordinators, instructional designers)
