This in-person role is crucial for designing impactful learning programs during a 6 to 9 month maternity leave cover. You will focus on building team lead/manager development frameworks, onboarding protocols for new hires, and enhancing product knowledge and AI skills. Your expertise in L&D will ensure programs are effective and sustainable beyond your tenure.
